They made us feel comfortable right from the get go. Yana really designed the kitchen we wanted, nothing was a problem. Richard was our project manager, his organisation of our installation was to perfection. We were given notice when things would happen and everything went to plan. The tradies were punctual and very professional, their workmanship was second to none. We had a budget, and kitchen gallery came in better than any other quote. We think their product is far superior than others and couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Absolutely recommended! Their level of service is something you rarely come across these days. They have made our customer experience awesome throughout the whole kitchen reno project. Their management of the design phase, their communication skills, the execution of the kitchen and the organisation of the tradesmen was impeccable. They have been accommodating with all our requests and their turnaround to fix a couple of little hiccups was impressive. Last but not least, the kitchen looks amazing!

Michaela was amazing. She understood what look I was after, gave fabulous advice and was so patient when I completely blew out my budget (my fault) and then redesigned everything. My kitchen, laundry, butler’s pantry, mudroom and en-suite is amazing and came in at budget!!!

Great company, great staff, great products. This is the 3rd kitchen we have ordered through them, and over the years their service and staff have always been exceptional. So looking forward to seeing and using our new kitchen once it’s installed. Phil was our Joinery Designer and was so easy to work with. He made the process easy. Thanks Phil!
